Choosing a wedding venue? Check out Panamericana Sentosa.

Firstly, I just wanted to say that this is not a sponsored post. This wedding was shot back in 2019 before social distancing came about as well.

With weddings now scaled down due to the Covid19 pandemic, many couples have been scrambling to find the next suitable venue outside of the usual hotel ballrooms and grand churches. Lo and behold, on the island of Sentosa, there is a beautiful restaurant known as the Panamericana. I have photographed there once, and I have loved the setting ever since.

The ROM/Solemnisation area is set on a lush field, ready for the sun to set.

According to their website, it can host anywhere up to 500 guests. What I loved about the place was that it has many sections on top of the solemnisation area. They have a beautiful, spacious corridor that allows plenty of decorating and mingling. There is also an interior dining space as well as the outdoor dining space for those who love dining in airy areas.

The interior of the restaurant is lit by the natural light, streaming in from the huge glass doors. The brightly lit restaurant is ideal for couples who love naturally lit areas and are considering it for their wedding lunch.

There is a set of grand staircase to lead guests down to the field for the ROM/Solemnisation. When the sun sets, it acts as the ultimate backdrop for your vows to be exchanged. The vast field also caters for plenty of activities, such as ice cream stalls, popcorn popup stalls, flower bars and more.

Rumour has it that it has not rained whenever there is a ROM/Solemnisation taking place there.

Now, back to the restaurant. It has an outdoors and indoors seating area, both of which are elegant and beautiful in its way. For the interior, especially when dinner time comes around, it is well-lit with classic chandeliers and ambient light.

The outdoor seating area allows for more space to mingle and really just chill and have fun. Great if you are considering to have games like Kahoot! or the shoe game because of the restaurant’s additional television screens they have placed outside.

He is still high from the outdoors experience today.

To end this post, I will implore couples looking at a wedding space to have a look at Panamericana. If you are looking away from your typical run-of-the-mill kind of wedding venues, this unique place is one to consider, especially away from the bustling city.
