The raw emotions. The spontaneous actions. The inescapable moments.

We pride ourselves on capturing memories on wedding days. The key, or even the mundane moments for you to look back and smile, laugh and relieve the emotions later. Being surrounded by close friends and family members, it is almost certain that you will not be able to keep up with the wedding day’s actions. Leave that to us, your documentary wedding photographers.

Hui Ying + Timothy // OLPS Church Wedding

Although HY and Tim’s wedding is a short one, they left me to do what I needed to do, without giving too many instructions. There is so much appreciation for couples like them. They trusted me to do my job. The result was that it is probably the most compelling album I have ever produced to date that symbolises what we want for couples - pure documentation of the day’s happenings without all the unnecessary fluff.

And they absolutely loved it.

Mingyi + Mingfong // Summer Pavilion ROM & The Vagabond Club

The toughest part of photographing weddings is not the photographing, or the editing.

The toughest aspect is the loneliness. Or rather, was. Hear me out.

When I first started out, it was difficult to convince potential couples what it is about your brand that sells. I would stutter or blabber my way through the 'sales pitch', sometimes without an end result.

Gwen + Jeremy // Min Jiang at Dempsey Wedding

Next year April 2022 marks the end of the third year I have been photographing weddings as a full-time job. What began as a leap of faith in 2019, after 10 years of corporate slaving, turned into a real passion and the belief that I could photograph 'nice' photographs for couples looking to celebrate their special day.

Anyways - here’s the beautiful wedding from Gwen and Jeremy at the wonderful Min Jiang at Dempsey!

Julia + Hui Ren // SPRUCE Phoenix Park Wedding

One of my latest adventures bought me to this place called Spruce, nestled away in a place called Phoenix Park. When J+H told me about the place, I tried to dig up some photographs of weddings held at this place. Suffice to say - it wasn't very fruitful.

Fast forward a few months later and all I know now is, why aren't more couples celebrating their weddings there? Of course, all these are not without the effort of J+H who truly made their wedding their very own... and it.is.beautiful.

Janice + Ben // Aldersgate Methodist Church & Blue Ginger Restaurant Wedding

Twice, when photographing J+B, I had perfect light conditions. Twice, the mood in the air was also light and hilarious. Sometimes you wish for things but it never comes your way, and at times, when you don't wish too hard, things just fall into place. Isn't it very much like planning for a wedding?

To this I say - don't chase the light. Let it come to you.

Sherilyn + Desmond // Min Jiang at Dempsey Wedding

It's no coincidence that the month of October just flew by in an instant and before you know it, it's January 2022. What seemed to be yet another slow year of restrictions and somewhat half measures is almost done, and we're embracing yet another "happy new year" in a couple of months.

Here is their wedding day set, at Min Jiang Dempsey.

Phillina + Andre // NUSS Guild House Wedding

There is an infinite amount of combinations of what goes right and what can possibly go wrong on a wedding day. No amount of planning can cater for that. With recent weddings, couples also have to deal with expected dropouts if guests test positive (sigh).

Hexin + Lelouch // Zafferano Italian Restaurant & Lounge Wedding

It’s incredible how far we have progressed since the first news of Covid 19 hit. It was like wave after wave of setback, both for couples and their families, as well as us vendors. However, I would say that we are extremely grateful that weddings can still take place and the virus has sort of been contained. I only wish things would get better for our neighbours too.
