Sarah + Joel // Empress ACM Wedding

I was glad to be a part of this wedding celebration at Empress ACM, which I so thoroughly enjoyed photographing. Not just because of bride Sarah’s impeccable taste in style, or how groom Joel seemed so relaxed and non-fussed (an introvert who dislikes crowds) about the whole ‘small wedding turned into a big celebration’ affair. But for them to trust us, the photographers and the videographers they hired, and to allow us the creative freedom to do what they hired us to do.
There are many times the photographer gets dragged around for group photos (which I totally get) but for once, there was none of that (shock lol). There was not even a ‘table to table’ in the schedule too (shock x 2 lol). This allowed me so much time to roam freely and do what we seek to do for every couple, document the real moments for them. What about group photos you ask? Genius - the couple had a photo booth vendor hired, that stayed until the END of the wedding, which makes complete sense if you ask me. This way, guests can have all the combination of group photos they could possibly want (which made them incredibly happy haha), and I was able to walk, observe, photograph the situation without stopping for group photos.
I was unshackled, and had so much fun that day.
