How optimistic are you, for 2021?

Reflecting on 2020 and starting 2021, it felt much like putting my dirty linen into the washing machine and letting it swirl and whirl around. Think about it, the clothes we needed to wear served their purpose, and now after washing it - we're going to go through the same motion of wearing the same clothes albeit for different purposes/functions.

It's like beginning the year anew, but with the same objectives. At Bottled Groove Photography, our philosophy has always been about capturing moments. Yes I know, you have heard it before. We sometimes capture spectacular photos (if the moment arises) to the mundane (to tell a story of how the day unfolded). If you hear my sales pitch - I'll most probably say something like 'sometimes people do not understand what I'm capturing'. It’s not for the majority of the audience, but for the couple who hired me. Little stories unfold throughout the day and only the couple who's browsing through their photos and relieving the moment will understand what happened.

That hasn't changed for 2021. We're bringing out the fresh linen from the washing machine after it's been washed and putting the clothes on for the same purpose. Roll on 2021, we're ready.
